Sauceless Steak Onion and Pepper Naan Bread Pizza

My sauceless steak onion and pepper naan bread pizza is basically a Philly cheese steak turned into a pizza. It is a great way to use up leftover steak or turn steak fajitas into a quick new meal. Leftover fajitas can be substituted for the steak, onion, peppers, and garlic. Just place steak fajitas on the naan bread and top with the cheeses and bake. It is fast, simple, and delish! The naan bread makes a fabulous crunchy flavorful time saving pizza crust.

Ingredients:
  • pre cooked steak or brisket sliced or chopped into bite size pieces ( great way to use up leftovers)
  • sauteed tri-colored mini sweet peppers and or bell peppers (red, orange, yellow)
  • sauteed red and yellow onions
  • sauteed garlic clove minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • shredded white cheddar
  • parmesan
  • Naan bread
Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place Naan bread on a baking sheet then set aside. Over medium heat saute the onion, peppers, and garlic in the extra virgin olive oil. Take off of heat and stir in chopped steak. Add the steak, onions, peppers, and garlic to the naan bread. Top with the cheeses and bake until the cheese melts and starts to bubble and turn a light brown. Slice and serve.

* Fajitas can be used as a replacement for the steak, onions, peppers, and garlic. Just place the fajitas onto the naan bread, top with the cheeses, and bake.
